Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in accordance with your consumer rights set out by the ACCC.

Before you wish to conduct a refund/replacement please contact Uniform Essentials either by emailing us at enquiries@uniformessentials.com.au or by phoning us on +61 3 9791 5977 Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. For change of mind refunds the return postage fee will be at your own expense, unless the item is deemed faulty in which case Uniform Essentials will incur the fee. All refunds will be refunded back onto the original card it was purchased on. Refunds will be processed once the item(s) have been returned and inspected by us. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to enter your account once it has been approved.


We understand that you may simply change your mind on a product and we are happy to offer you a full refund on the returned item(s) providing the following is met;

  • The item(s) must be unworn and in an unused condition.
  • The original tags are still attached.
  • If returning shoes, the original shoe box must also be returned with the shoes.
  • The item(s) are returned within 30 days.


Here at Uniform Essentials we are proud to offer you the highest quality products. If, however you receive your product which has a manufacturer defect or is not fit for its intended purpose, Uniform Essentials are happy to replace the item(s) or offer you a full refund.

Please note faulty items do not include the misuse of a product or wear and tear.
