Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, usually between 1-2 days (however time frames may be longer during busy periods) you will then receive an email informing you that your item(s) has been dispatched, which will include a tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been dispatched?

Please allow 4-10 days for your order to arrive. Arrival dates will vary depending on location, and please note the time frame can vary during peak periods.

What postal service do you use to ship your orders?

In order to ship your products, we use  various services including Australia Post (via registered mail).

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the number of items purchased and the location in which the products(s) will be delivered to. All shipping costs are calculated on our shipping calculator as you check out.

Can I cancel my order once it has been processed?

If in the event, you need to cancel your order please email us at enquiries@uniformessentials.com.au or by phoning us on +61 3 9791 5977 Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm immediately. However, if your order has already been dispatched we cannot cancel the order.

What happens if I don’t receive my product? Or my product has been damaged during transit?
